Happy Holidays! A little over a week ago, you received a bottle of Element wine from the thoughtful team at Black & Blue. To tell you more about this wine and our winery, we created a video just for you.

We’re a small winery in the Finger Lakes, and we focus on producing very small quantities of wines we love. Increasingly, that means making great red wines – from world class grapes such as Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Merlot – and some less famous varietals (such as Gamay and Lemberger).

The bottle you received is our ‘Red Table Wine’ – a blend of mostly Cabernet Franc and Syrah – is something we’re really proud of. If you already drank it, we hope you enjoyed it! And if you’re saving it for another day… you can certainly hold on to it for some time. And whenever you do open it - we recommend sharing it with good friends, and pairing it with a good steak!
