Bright, lively, intense and fresh aromatics leap from the glass. White peach, lime leaf, green and yellow apple mingle with white blossoms, bees wax, smoke and stoney minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh, zippy and electric, with crisp mouthwatering acidity and a fresh, bone-dry finish.
Christopher’s Notebook: Baked golden apple, and waxy, honied, oily notes dominate the nose and support a rocky mineral character. The palate is soft, textured and warming, with an impression of fruit sweetness.
